This condo uni has 2 bedrooms and more spacious than any other units in the building. It offers a great view of the Iloilo esplanade. It’s located on the 8th floor of the building. It has a gym and pool shared among guests. Location is very strategic as it only borders the known nightout and shopping areas in the city.
Neighbourhood information
The Location of the property where my unit is situated is very strategic. Its very close to the famous Iloilo Esplanade where People use to frequent for jogging and leisure walk, while enjoying the beautiful view of the river and the city especially at night time.
