Strategically located in the downtown area of Davao city. It's a brand new condo unit. We provide all the basic needs of the guest, furnished with furnitures and appliances to make your stay comfortable.

Neighbourhood information

Major tourist spots are walking distance such as Peoples Park, Davao Museum, San Pedro Cathedral and Davao City Hall. For shopping authentic local products, Aldevinco shopping center is a place to be. Just cross the road and walk 100 meters. Roxas night market also nearby for local street foods and delicacies during the night.
