Neighbourhood information

La Quebrada is situated on the edge of a dry river delta about a 100 mt from the Panamerican Highway. We are at the south exit/entrance of Mancora. Its a perfect place, a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the commercial centre but far enough away so we are not bothered by the noise from town. Its a quiet and safe place..

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
