We have previous experience in the rental and property management market and are now deriving much pleasure in seeing guests enjoying this beautifully appointed apartment as a home away from home when visiting Palmerston North. As Villa One is part of a privately owned complex with the hosts residing in the adjacent separate apartment, we are available until 8:00pm should there be any issues that require our attention. Please note that this is not a venue where pets, parties or events are permitted, and the privacy and quiet enjoyment of all the complex’s residents is to be respected at all times. Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to remain unsupervised on the property.

The central location of this property boasts a number of fast-food outlets and restaurants in close proximity. The nearby Plaza shopping centre also includes a diverse food court and supermarket within an easy 7 minute walking distance. This property is a 10-minute walk to The Square as well as being a 4-minute drive to the Central Energy Trust Arena (stock car enthusiasts take note), and Te Manawa Musuem.
