The Heart of Rotorua is located in the city centre close to Old Taupo Road and Fenton Street. We are a double storey concrete apartment building which consists of a Split Apartment Unit and a Studio Unit. The Split Apartment offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a double garage and a garden. It accommodates up to eight guests. The Studio Unit offers two beds (Queen and King Single) and an ensuite (No kitchen facility). It accommodates up to three guests. Both units offer free WIFI via Fibre Internet Connection and secure automatic gate access.
Details of the Split Apartment Unit - It accommodates up to eight guests. All three bedrooms include queen size beds with fresh linen. The kitchen comes with complete whitewares. The double garage comes with remote control and a full laundry.
Details of the Studio Unit - This is studio offers affordable accommodation which hosts up to three guests with a modern ensuite bathroom including a shower as well as a bath-tub. The studio doesn't offer cooking facility however it has a kettle and free tea and coffee for your convenience. The property is surrounded by numerous fantastic restaurants all reachable by few minutes driving.
