We pride ourselves on providing quality stays in our short-stay accommodations throughout Dunedin.

Property information

Our self contained guest suite is located in the popular suburb of Roslyn. A recently renovated space with 2 bedrooms, small living/dining area, bathroom, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is well equipped for it's size, and contains an air fryer oven, plug-in induction range, microwave, toaster and kettle. Please note that this property is located below another entirely separate acommodation (with separate entrance). Access is via a rear entry to the property, located about 20 steps down from the street. The only shared spaces are the garage and walkway into the property. As this is downstairs from another accommodation, there is some potential for noise. Upstairs guests are asked to adhere to quiet hours between 9pm and 7am.

Neighbourhood information

5 minutes walk down the road, you will find Fresh Choice supermarket, a florist, day spa, a pharmacy, a physiotherapist and a gift shop. The suburb is also a stone's throw from Dunedin's only private hospital, Mercy Hospital in Maori Hill. Drive down Stuart St and you'll be in the Octagon (city centre) in about 5 minutes. Moana pool and gym is about halfway between Roslyn and the city centre, and has both fitness and recreation facilities.
