LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - There are two 2 bedroom Units situated in the hub of Roslyn Village - 2 minute walk to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, views of Flagstaff facing West. Ideal accommodation for family or friends and overseas visitors. * Linen is provided. * WiFi and Sky included in each unit and Netflix. The units are away from the street, with off street parking for 1 car per unit. Carpark size is 3.300 metres wide X 5.400 metres long. (You can either reverse to or drive to carpark). Parks are clearly marked on driveway ground as 6A & 6B, park. 6A section is child friendly, being fully fenced for our valued guests 6A has an upgraded new Kitchen Bench (now Breakfast Bar accommodating 4 persons) new Shower, new Vanity Unit, Toilet , Heated towel Rail and new flooring throughout the Kitchen, Laundry and Bathroom. Wifi, Sky and Netflix provided Linen provided 253 on Highgate - Is our latest Town House added to the Roslyn Sanctuary Portfolio. 2 double bedrooms with built in Wardrobes. 2 heat pumps 1 in the lounge and services the kitchen, the other in the hallway. The section is fully fenced and enjoys the commanding views of Flagstaff. Enjoys maximum sun throughout winter and summer. Polished Heart Rimu flooring in Kitchen with all appliances and the townhouse has newly installed carpet and large Kwilla Deck with Barbeque available to guests. The town house is located down a flat 40 metre drive with turning at end. The section is flat with manicured plants in raised garden beds. Free Wifi is provided with no limit on use for each unit. Sky TV is also provided Complimentary Tea & Coffee and Rolled Oats is also provided. Extra towels washing powder, Body soap, Shampoo & Conditioner is also provided Full kitchen and washing facilities
We have been renting our units out as a holiday house for the last 15 years and have enjoyed being able to offer customers accommodation in Dunedin. The units are well situated, being a short distance by car to the centre of the city. There is good public transport available to the centre of the city and to all of the cities major amenities and tourist attractions. My wife and I enjoy all sports; my wife particularly enjoys walking and swimming, whereas I enjoy running to keep fit and healthy. We have both travelled extensively. I have worked as a consultant in Malaysia and Trinidad & Tobago and enjoyed the cultures of these countries. We encourage our guests to leave feedback on the site and welcome any suggestions from guests to improve the units.
5 minutes to the centre of Town by car (The Octagon/ Railway station etc) Close to Roslyn Village includes Fresh Choice Supermarket, Cafes, Pharmacy, Dentist, Doctor's Rooms and bus stop all within 2 minute walk. Mercy Hospital, Yvette Wiliams Retirement Village, Moana Pool all within close proximity. Good bus service close by, to town, University, Hospital area and return
