An architecturally designed build from the ground up that has been finished to an impressive level, it is no secret that during this build and upon the finished product there has been no effort spared in creating a spectacular property. Located in the much-loved Wallaceville Estate this room along with the area is family-friendly and safe. The area really does offer it all with the Trentham golf course, train stations, Race Course and local sports clubs. As you step into this thoughtfully appointed Queen sized bedroom, you'll immediately feel the tranquil ambiance enveloping you. The room layout invites you to unwind in the bedroom area, complete with plush furnishings and soft lighting, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring the wonders of Wellington. Enjoy free tea, coffee ,Cereals and breakfast in the privacy of your Guest Suite and plan the next leg of your journey with our FREE Wi-Fi. Guests have private entry to the Guest Suite. Upon arrival, you'll find secured parking conveniently located in front of the house. Enjoy your stay! 2.8 km away on Fergusson Drive there is Hell Pizza, Indian takeaways, Fish’n’chips, a bakery, and a chemist. 800m away on Fergusson Drive is a dairy and a laundromat. 800m in the other direction is a lovely riverside walking or biking track which takes you North or South for many kilometres.
