Welcome to Lara’s Escape – a spacious and inviting retreat perfect for two families or a large group of friends. With plenty of room to relax, this beautiful home captures stunning lake and mountain views and offers all the comforts you need for an enjoyable stay in Wanaka. While the property is listed for up to nine guests, it can sleep up to eleven with the use of the fold-out sofa in the second living area (available on request for an additional fee). Bedrooms: • Master Bedroom (Upstairs): King-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with gorgeous lake and mountain views. • Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed. • Bedroom 3: Single bed. • Bedroom 4: Bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top. • Second Living Area: Fold-out sofa bed available on request. Bathrooms: The home features three showers - one in the upstairs ensuite, one downstairs combined with a bath, and a separate shower. The toilet is conveniently located in a separate room next to the main bathroom. Living Areas: Enjoy two spacious lounges, each with a large, comfortable suite and 65” Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and Apple TV. The second living area provides additional space for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. A ping pong table adds some fun for all ages. Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. Perfect for family meals or entertaining. Laundry: A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience. Wi-Fi: Unlimited high-speed internet is available free of charge. Family Friendly: Spacious and well-equipped, ideal for two families to share and make lasting memories. Parking & Garage: Internal garage parking for one vehicle, plus ample off-street and on-street parking. The garage also offers storage for bikes or outdoor gear.
