Kowhai Studio is an immaculately presented space in central Wanaka, just 350m from shops, 700m to the lakefront, and opposite the 18 hole golf course.
With superb garden and mountain views, the fully contained studio has private access, off-street parking and a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for couples or singles who want to be close to all the attractions Wanaka has to offer – such as golf, skiing, biking, hiking, lake activities, vineyards, restaurants, cinema, galleries and boutiques.
The home is in the old established part of Wanaka, elevated with lots of trees and character. The War Memorial is just around the corner. You will be handy to everything the township has to offer as it is all a super short walk down the road. Stroll across the road to the Golf course practice area, driving range and the 1st tee.
