Clutha Views is a large 3brm fully self contained home , a large heat pump and fire box heat the entire home. You can cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen the stove and hot water are on gas.
Clutha Views is the ideal place for business trips and accommodating visiting staff members.
There's plenty of off St parking available.
You're 2 minutes from town and can easily get a curry , pizza, Chinese or visit the local pubs and restaurants that have a courtesy coach and get driven home. The local swimming pool opens at 6am -8pm week days.
Prime , Netflix and internet is provided, the lounge is a comfortable area to relax. The beds have electric blankets feather duvets & pillows and Woolen blankets, plenty of towels are provided.
The bathroom has shampoo conditioner and body wash provided , and hair dryers are in bedroom draws. Robes are provide in the bedrooms.
A washing machine and drying racks are provided as well as a clothes line outside. You're welcome to smoke outside in the garden, buckets are provided.
The BnB is set in a quiet suburb with views over the Clutha River , the township and Farm paddocks. Its a 1 minute drive to the Golf Course and close to town. Balclutha is the gate way to Kaka Point and the Caitlin's 20 min to Clinton and 45 min to Gore and one and a half hours drive to Invercargill.
