This brand, new apartment was completed in April 2025. It features a spacious garden with beautiful flowers, a cozy terrace, a barbecue area, and free parking right outside the unit.
We always try to welcome guests in person to ensure a warm and friendly arrival. A key box is also available for flexible check-in. I’m available throughout your stay in case you need anything or if any issues arise.
The apartment is located in Kaldvell, Lillesand, just a 5 minute walk to the local beach and 3 minutes by car to grocery stores like Extra, Rema 1000, and Kiwi. Lillesand town center is about 5 minutes away by car. You’ll find great hiking nearby, including the Kniben trail and scenic paths around Kalvild Farm. It’s 15 minutes to Sørlandssenteret shopping mall and Grimstad, and 30 minutes to Arendal. The Dyreparken Zoo and amusement park is also nearby, perfect for families.
