Refunds will be returned to the same account you paid with within 30 days.

Information about allergens and allergies can be obtained from the relevant restaurant on location. Breakfast is not included in the offered rate.

Most of our accommodations are equipped with a baby bed and high chair (there are exceptions, please contact the accommodation provider to ensure that the accommodation you have booked also includes these facilities).

It is possible to book a preferred location and/or extras at an additional cost (such as the location of the hotel room / connecting rooms / breakfast, etc.).

Parking is free on our own grounds, on designated parking spots.

Please be aware that not all of our accommodations can facilitate (additional) baby’s and/or pets.

If your booking can not be facilitated due to exceeding the maximum occupancy of your accommodation, a staff member will contact you.
