Our cosy, new studio ‘16sous’ is located in the souterrain in one of the most beautiful streets in Wittevrouwen, walkable to the parcs and historical centre of Utrecht.The busstop Wittevrouwen is about 150 meters from ‘16sous’, so it’s very easy to go to and to come from the Central Station and The Science Park, Utrecht University (bus 27 or 28). The nice studio (30 m2) has its private entrance in the souterrain, is completely renovated and is fully equipped with all necessities, also for business trips. There is a room with a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, sink) and coffee (Nespresso) and tea facilities, two closets to store your luggage, a sofa to relax and a table with two chairs to eat your meal or to do some work. Note! In the kitchenette you can only warm up your meals, you cannot prepare them yourself. Behind the sliding doors, there is a small bedroom with a Pullman double mattress bed (1.60m) and a TV. The bathroom has a rainshower, sink, towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. In the hallway there is a separate private toilet. On your arrival you get the keys for your private entrance and room and also the code for free WIFI will be given.

16 sous is situated in the souterrain of our charming house (1904) in the most beautiful and quiet street of the attractive neighbourhood of Wittevrouwen. On the corner in the Biltstraat, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries for breakfast and lunch. It is walkable to the historical centre, the Dom Tower and Cathedral (about 10 minutes), canals, parks, musea, shops and restaurants.
