This contemporary apartment is a manifestation of style and understated luxury. Conveniently located in the heart of Ausspanplatz, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom light-filled apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-plan living area flows into a private patio. The apartment is suited for business and leisure travellers and comfortably accommodates 4 people. The apartment has a dedicated workspace and uncapped wifi to keep you connected while you work, or are entertained on the television. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and boast comfortable queen-sized beds laid with Egyptian cotton. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The living room has double-volume walls leading to a patio with a dining table and an in-built braai (BBQ). The kitchen has an impressive array of appliances to create gourmet meals. The apartment is in proximity to restaurants, cafés, craft markets and other tourist attractions. The apartment is a two-minute drive away from the city centre, Virgin Active gym, an arcade, the cinema as well as Maerua Mall and lifestyle shopping centre.
