This modern 2 bedroom house is situated on a wildlife eco estate. This property can accommodate 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and a single sleeper couch in the living area. The 1st bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom, ceiling fan, and air condition. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, en suite bathroom, ceiling fan, and air condition. Both these rooms are en suite and the whole house is air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and comes with a 4 hob gas stove and oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, and kettle and coffee plunger. The kitchen, living, and dining area are open plan with glass doors that lead out to the wooden deck. The dining room has a 6 seater table and chairs. The lounge has a sleeper couch, flatscreen TV, DSTV explorer - SA DSTV not Mozambique, and an I-Pod docking station. The outside deck has a 6 seater table and chairs, 3 seater couch and 3x1 seater couches, and a gas weber braai. The house has a gas heater as well for those cold winter days. Outside shower with hot water and a plunge pool with 2 pool loungers. Please take note of the Nkumbe Estate rules below: Adhere strictly to the 30km/h speed limit Engage 4x4 at all times on the estate to help maintain the roads Drive only on the designated roadways (save our bush, tortoises, and snakes) Do not feed the animals No pets are allowed on the estate Please respect those who have come to the estate for the bush experience when it comes to loud music, particularly at night. You will be required to sign in and out at the security gate. Security will provide you with a tag.
