Whole Unit of 1st floor shop lot consist of 4 Rooms with fully AC and 2 Bathrooms with Heater. Spacious enough to accommodate family and friends. Less Hussle and nearby to main road. 5 minutes away from Hypermarkets, New Town & Old Town.

Neighborhood info

Kampar is famous for Education Hub with 2 main education center ( University Tunku Abdul Rahman & Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman ). Our homestay located 5 minutes away from both university's entrance. Kampar latest attraction is Mining Museum, Waterpark Refarm and Tin Dredging machine.
