The place is fully furnished, almost fully carpeted, complete with free wifi, smart TV, android TV, automatic washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and kitchen facilities.
There are many eating places, local, mamak, western and thai; laundry facilities, convenient stores like 7-eleven, news dotcom, 99 speedmart and KK mart near the property. The Tengku Ampuan Jemaah masjid is just nearby
