3 minutes to Speed mart, grocery, restaurant, and Street stall, warung. 5 minutes to Petrol Pump. 5 minutes to Sains Muar School. 5 minutes to Nafas Mall. 5 minutes to Melaka Manipal Medical College. 10 minutes to Muar town. 25 minutes to Tangkak Town. 25 minutes to Sungai Rambai, Merlimau. 45 minutes to Gunung Ledang.
