The condominium complex is located in the relevant tourist area of "Las Hadas". Thanks to its location, offers a spectacular panoramic view of the sea as well as the port of Manzanillo with amazing sunrises and breathtaking evenings. Ideal studio to rest with a unique view, with all the services available to make the stay comfortable without having to leave the complex. Place suitable for couples, family or friends. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE COMPLEX HAS A LOT OF STAIRS AND NO ELEVATOR. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SENIORS. To get to the apartment you will have to go down approximately 35 steps: to go to the pool area, restaurant and beach, there will be more steps to go down (Approximately 30 more steps).

Near the complex, you will go down the stairs and find the a private beach and just next to that beach you will find the Yacht Club of the famous Hotel Las Hadas. Also you can walk 3 miles to arrive to Las Hadas Golf Club House and find tennis courts and a practice Golf range. - 2 miles walk to a Walmart and a mall. - 3 miles walk to a Starbucks, a cinema and another self service store.
