Property information

Smart Apartments are newly built and furnished apartments located in the city center, within walking distance to the main square Macedonia and all other major tourist attractions. Our welcoming Smart Apartments have a separate living room with TV set and cable TV (around 120 channels), free Wi-Fi internet access, together with fully equipped kitchen, as well as very comfortable bedrooms and new bathrooms. The apartments are very bright, clean, comfortable, highly affordable and perfect option for you to relax after a long day of urban exploration. Our Apartments are located only a couple of steps to the main bus station. The nearest shopping mall is only 3 min walking distance, nevertheless, in the vicinity of the apartments there are supermarkets, cafe-bars, restaurants, and pharmacy. You are more than welcome to be our guests and enjoy while in Skopje!

Neighbourhood information

Very quiet and safe neighborhood, within walking distance to the major touristic attractions. There are two shopping malls in the area, the closest one only 3 min walking distance. In the vicinity of the apartments there are restaurants, cafe-bars, a pharmacy and also the river boardwalk if you want to do a short run or long trudge.
