The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a new building (built in 2022). Renovations have been completed throughout the building. The apartment is fully equipped, including all necessary furniture, appliances, air conditioning and kitchen utensils. There are two spacious balconies with a sea view. The windows are equipped with automatic blinds. The apartment is located 1 min away from the beach. The beach is a mix of sand and pebbles with a very comfortable entry into the sea. There is a recreation area with a swimming pool on the roof of the building, which you are welcome to use during your stay. Various restaurants and shops can be found in a short walking distance from the building.
