We are small family apartments renting business at the coast of Montenegro. You could select stay in our apartments in Rafailovici, Budva or Risan at present.

Property info

The apartment is located in the center of Budva in a new building built in 2019 and occupied in 2020, just 300 m from the beach. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, private parking and free WiFi. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an equipped kitchen with a fridge, an oven and a stovetop, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Our facility will give you a fantastic feeling during your visit to Budva and Montenegro. We are open to your suggestions and recommendations and of course we will try to adopt them as much as possible in order to improve the service and make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Neighborhood info

The facility is quiet at night, without noise. Ideal place for family moments and vacations. Shops, restaurants and cafes are very close to the apartment. The nearest public transportation stop is 50 meters away and a taxi service is available all the time. In the immediate vicinity of the property is one of the most beautiful Montenegrin beaches Slovenska plaza. The beach is a pedestrian zone with numerous restaurants, beach bars and mobiles, so the use of transport of any kind is practically unnecessary. Nearby are Ricardova Glava and Mogren beach, which are reached by a walkway. For those who like to change nearby are also Becicka, Jaz, Kamenovo, Przno beach with the necessity of transportation.
