Apartman Tamara se nalazi u sredistu starog grada koga krase gradjevine nastale u raznim epohama istorije,na svega dvadeset metara od Kanli kule (1483) u mirnom dijelu grada.Idealan je za odmor,a za samo dva minuta hoda ste na glavnom trgu u strogom centru grada.Herceg Novi je grad sunca zbog velikog broja suncanih dana. Grad je prepun bujnog zelenila koje skrivaju mnogobrojne vrste tropskog cvijeca.
