Istice ga fenomenalan pogled, mir i tisina koji su potrebni za potpuni odmor. Nalazi se na brdu Pinjes, iznad hotela Galeb, naspram Male plaze. U neposrednoj blizini apartmana nalaze se prodavnice i pekara. Apartman je udaljen do plaze oko 800 metara. Posjeduje parking koji se ne placa.
Moje ime je Vladimir Boskovic. Porodican sam covjek. Imam dvoje djece (kcerku i sina).
Apartman se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini Male plaze. Apartman ima fenomenalan pogled na more i Stari grad.
