Since our family is traveling a lot around Europe and outside of the region, we understood that it is really important to feel comfortable as if you are at home wherever you are in the world, therefore we try to make the atmosphere as cosy and safe as we possibly can. Our home consists of 4 different apartments that we rent: Aparthotel 1 Mini Studio & Parking (max 2 people)😊😊 Aparthotel 2 ,,Cosy House Kaunas '' & Parking (max 6 people). 😊😊😊😊😊😊 Aparthotel 4 ,,Cosy House Billiard. Sauna'' & Parking (max 6 people). 😊😊😊😊😊😊 Aparthotel 3 Studio & Parking (max 2 people). 😊😊 If you seek privacy, comfort, good sleep and the cosy feeling of home, this is the best place for your stay in Kaunas. Cosy House Mini Studio is located in a calm area, only a 10min drive🚖 away from the city centre🕍. Bus stops and small shops 🛒 are close by, so you will find everything you need in a short walking distance. The apartment is on the main floor (no need to climb steps), its size is 27m2 and you won't share the space with others. The space consists of: a kitchen with all necessary equipment . PRICE LIST Extra guest ( with/without sleepovwer ) 10 Eur. City tax ( 1 person per day ) 2 Eur. Laundry service - 5 kg. Reception is open 24/7 and will provide you the keys upon your arrival (ring the doorbell). ! IMPORTANT: - No parties allowed. Silent hours from 11PM to 9AM.⌚ - Unapproved/unregistered guests will be asked to leave - Please don't forget to register small children as they are also considered as guests. - Do not smoke
