The property is walking distance (less than 100m) from Colombo -Gall main road and 15 minute walk from the Mount Lavinia beach. Unique location offer easy access yet a quiet stay away from the hustle of the city. We have a 2000 square foot rooftop terrace and a 500 square foot lawn for your use. All rooms are amply lit and ventilated with large french windows opening to the garden. All rooms have Air Conditioning, fans, 8 inch spring mattresses, wardrobe, luggage rack, reading table, chair with and a modern bathroom with hot/cold water (pressured water supply). The property is well secured by parapet walls and CCTV surveillance so that you will have peace of mind all the time. If you opt to have our breakfast, we will ensure you will be served with fabulous American/ Asian breakfast personally made with loads of love and care.
Both of us are accountants by profession but more of travelers who have conquered this beautiful island over past 2 decades. Thus we understand your needs and will ensure a pleasant stay with us. You will enjoy the true warmth of Sri Lankan hospitality.
1. Mount Lavinia beach - 15 minute walk - World renowned long stretch of sunny beach up to Dehiwala. while at it, you can indulge in many Sri Lankan restaurants offering a verity of local/ international cuisine (don't forget to taste lobster, seer fish, tuna and many other sea food sourced by the local fishermen). 2. Daily Fish Auction on the beach - 15 minute walk - For early birds who can be at the beach by 0600 hrs, you can witness arrival of small fishing boats and loud and active auction of the same. You may buy the fresh catch of your like (we will help you to buy and prepare) 3. Mount Lavinia Hotel - 10 minute walk- If you fancy a beer by the pool inside a heritage hotel, a 10 minute walk from our place will take you there. Enjoy your day time and return to the city hideout Kozy B&B. 4. Diving - 15 minute walk - You may be a professional or a rookie under water. There are few good diving schools which would fit the diver in you. You can enjoy a safe dive to the coral reef and few ship wrecks. 5. Dehiwala Zoological Garden - 10 minute taxi drive will take you to Sri Lanka's oldest zoo with many local and international species (Don't miss the elephant show)
