Deze bungalow uit de jaren 30 van de vorige eeuw is gevestigd op een theeplantage van 40 hectare, aan de voet van de Knuckles-bergketen. Ashburnham Estate wordt omgeven door een prachtig Sri Lankaans landschap en biedt Sri Lankaanse kooklessen, een begeleide rondleiding over de theeplantage en een eigen 40 meter hoge waterval.
