Company information

We are living just next door to the hotel, so we are nearly all the time on site. This make it easy for advise and recommendations. Our kids are often around and we love spending time with them.

Property information

We are a French couple who took over and completely renovated Cold River Last October/November 15. After years of experience in 3 and 4 stars hotel we are so happy to create now our own version of hospitality: Charm, details and design, professional services and even more important, family running atmosphere.

Neighbourhood information

We are located in a very quiet neighbourhood, in a nice little cobblestone street, right on the Namkahn River, just few minutes walking from the Main street. Vishoun Temple and the great Lao red Cross massage are just 2 min walking. But really everything is quite close as Luang Prabang is a quite small town.
