“位置对于参见展会来说，酒店还是很方便的。打车几分钟就到了。公共汽车3站。酒店楼下有24小时超市。走路十分钟有一片生活区，有很多饭馆，洗衣店。房间还算宽敞。浴室干湿分离。”

“아침식사로 준비된 식단이 다양한 메뉴로 준비되어 있는 뷰폐식이라서 정말 좋았습니다. 또한 인근에 베네치아 관광지 주변으로 형성되 신도시 분위기는 유명 관광지를 방불케하였다. 처음에는 거리를 찾아다녔지만 작은 운하형 도심속 수변을 보지 못했는데 다른날 더 넓은 범위로 도시를 탐색하다가 별견한 거리는 좋았다. 다양한 메뉴의 식당가와 운하를 거치는 뱃놀이 등 쉬기에는 좋았다.”

“1. 가성비! 10만원인데 방 넓고 조식도 포함입니다. 욕조도 있는데 무려 2인용으로 넓습니다. 2. 난방이 따뜻하고 침구가 좋습니다. 3. 화장실에 변기가 별도 문으로 구분되어 있고 비데가 설치되어 있습니다. 4. 1층에 편의점이 크게 있어서 완전 편합니대. 5. 라베니체까지 도보로 10분, 킨텍스까지 차량으로 10분 걸립니다.”
