- 도보로 이동할 수 있는 범위 내 평이 좋은 카페, 식당 등 상업시설이 적당히 있어 크게 이동할 일이 없었습니다.
(다만, 상업시설 대부분은 이른 아침이나 늦은 저녁에는 영업하지 않으니 사전에 체크 필요)
- 동네가 상당히 조용한 편입니다. (너무 어린 자녀를 동반하는 경우 오히려 동네에 민폐가 될 수준)
- 건물 내 승강기가 있어 무거운 짐 운반에도 어려움이 없습니다.”
