“位置離鐘淵站不遠，步行3-5分可接受距離，鐘淵站離晴空塔很近，雖非主線班次也蠻多的，原先擔心電車不好搭，實際完全沒這個問題，反而因為站點小進出容易(無需走樓梯或繞遠路)，路上也有全家以及7-11，依照提供的照片走還算好找。 已知整體空間較小，不過有客廳、餐廳、廚房、大浴室和三個房間，家電也都蠻齊全的，非常適合多人家族尤其帶小孩入住，社區蠻安靜的很適合休息。”
