“チェックイン時もチェックアウト時もスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。お部屋も清潔感があり大浴場も露天風呂も最高でした。曇っていたので星は見えませんでしたが、爽快でかなりリラックスできました。お料理も思っている以上に種類豊富で味もバッチリでした。お酒の種類も多かったと思います。帰る日の朝、清掃係の男性の方の対応がとても良かったです。塩原の旅行時はまた泊まりたいと思っています。系列のホテルも行きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。”
