“前日、仕事に間に合うように早朝のタクシーを配車してもらっていたが、当日朝、別の客を乗せて行ってしまったようでタクシーがいなかった。まだ送迎バスの時間ではなかったが、ホテルの方が駅までご厚意で送ってくださり、無事電車に乗ることができた。 帰宅後、パンフレットの忘れ物をたことに気がつき連絡したところ、破棄されておらず郵送していただいた。 大変助かりました。ありがとうございます。駅からは距離はあるが、送迎もあるので機会があればまた利用したいです。”
