This cozy apartment is located just a few meters from the Naviglio Grande, a prime tourist area in Milan. You will find a modern and designer apartment, with customizable smart lighting (Philips HUE), a Nuki smart lock, a kitchen fully equipped with cookware and a Lavazza espresso machine, a business area with a desk and USB outlets for charging your devices and laptop, a standard 160x200 cm sofa bed, a 40” satellite TV with SkyTV (F1/MotoGP), and Spotify.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, right in front of a beautiful park with a view of the Milan skyline. On a clear, sunny day, you can even see the Madonnina on top of the Milan Cathedral. There are numerous free parking spots available under the building, as well as a pastry bar, a mini-market, a pharmacy, and much more. The area is well-connected, with tram 2 taking you directly to the Duomo in less than 15 minutes, and various day and night buses also available. Additionally, barring any delays, the new M4 metro line will be operational by the end of September 2024, providing you with every possible means to move around with ease. A taxi stand is also just a few meters away, and if that’s not enough, you can rent two bicycles from our property for the entire duration of your stay, regardless of how many days you stay.
