The house is located in the town of Nebida, a former mining village in Sulcis Iglesiente, a popular tourist destination on the southwestern coast of Sardinia. Nebida is about 70km from the capital Cagliari and Elmas Airport. It is located close to one of the oldest and most spectacular coasts of the Mediterranean, also recognized as a world heritage site by UNESCO, it is impossible not to stop and admire Pan di Zucchero, the rock which owes its name to its shape and characteristic whitish color. The islet of Pan di Zucchero, 133 meters high, is one of the largest stacks in Europe. Much higher than the famous Capri sea stack. In addition to the crystal clear sea and suggestive seabed, it is possible to visit the Masua mining complex of which "Porto Flavia" and the "Mining Machinery Museum" are visible. Of particular interest and visual appeal is the Laveria La Marmora, it appears isolated on the slope of a mountain overlooking the sea, set in an uncontaminated area. In short, it is impossible not to go and see it.
