Property information

These modern apartments are located in a luxurious modern villa situated in the center of Como in the picturesque shore of Lake Como. Villa white marble from Korary and recently renovated to meet the advanced technology on the principle of "smart home". Near the villa is a funicular up the hill in Brunate, a panoramic view of the city, the lake and surrounding mountains. From the villa 5 minute walk to the train station, if you decide to go shopping in Milan, and 10 minutes to the main cathedral in the center of the old town. Embankment on which the villa is situated is a favorite place promenade for residents and visitors alike. The villa offers stunning views of the lake, the park and the church Volta Villa Olmo, located on the opposite shore of the lake. Also nearby you will find plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants where you can eat and relax.
