"Un passo alla volta" is an apartment located in Sulmona, near the Villa Comunale. Free and paid public parking is available outside the building. We offer ultra-fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic), air conditioning, mosquito screens, a balcony with views of Mount Morrone and the Villa Comunale, a fully equipped kitchen, in-room TV, and breakfast included. Great care is taken to ensure comfort and cleanliness: you can choose between goose down or latex pillows, and enjoy soft towels and 100% cotton bed linens. The apartment features a pod coffee machine, kettle for tea and American coffee, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer. A baby crib is available upon request at no extra charge. For your safety, a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, and gas detector are provided, all compliant with current regulations. The location is ideal: just one minute from Corso Ovidio and local and regional bus stops. The train station is 1.5 km away. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. We will be happy to help you carry your luggage upstairs.
