Completely renovated villa equipped with all new accessories, located in a central and strategic area, a few steps from the sea, just 10 minutes from Rome Leonardo Da Vinci airport, less than 10 km from the new Rome fair, not far from the "Parco da Vinci" and "Leonardo da Vinci" shopping centers, close to bus stops that make all travel easy. Nice and welcoming, the villa is completely independent and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay.
