Decorated in a simple and modern style with with some vintage touches, this luminous 35 sqm studio has all the comfort for a pleasant stay in the centre of Luino with scenic views of the lake and mountains. With free parking on the premises, you can reach the lake in 2 min on foot and walk along the scenic Lungolago to reach the historical centre in 7 min. Bus and train stations are also 2 min away on foot. With supermarkets nearby, this apartment is ideal for small families or friends.
