Regina's home is a newly built apartment of 40 m2. The house is divided into: 1 bedroom with double bed, suspended wall units, bridge wardrobe, 50-inch flat-screen TV, electrical sockets near the bed and balcony with internal view; 1 bedroom with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette with 4 induction hobs, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, 32" flat screen TV and outdoor sea view terrace equipped with table with chairs; 1 Private bathroom with sink with cabinet, toilet, bidet, blackout window and 2mt shower. The apartment is a latest generation apartment with independent underfloor heating and air conditioning, the rooms are bright, welcoming and elegant to ensure unforgettable stay. It is located a few meters from the main tourist attractions of Bari: Fiera del Levante 700mt Swabian Castle of Bari 700mt Via Sparano da Bari (shopping street) 1.5 km Historic center 2km At 200 meters from the structure, there is the possibility to park the car in a rest area and move quickly with a paid shuttle to the whole city of Bari.
