An ancient noble house located in the heart of the Baroque of Catania. An eighteenth-century palace that survived the ravages of time. A privileged starting point to discover Etna or the beautiful Sicilian beaches. The ideal place to return to and catch your breath. The perfect stop to relax and get ready for the nightlife in a city that never sleeps 7 days a week. A unique place to stay and feel just like at home with friends. A bright and welcoming breakfast room, where it will be a pleasure for me to give you a good morning every morning and offer useful advice on restaurants, points of interest and excursions.

I love my city and for this reason I decided to make my home available to allow travelers to get to know and experience Catania, being able to count on my advice.

Palazzo Speciale b/b is situated near the Duomo and the fish market of Catania. The fish market called "Piscaria" is the soul of the city. Colors, perfumes and words mix in a wonderful combination. Fish and fruit sellers fascinate with their stories, with their proverbs and do not hesitate in dispensing tips and recipes for preparing a meal. In this place, the center of an ideal geography and mixture of cultures, it seems to be within a medina. In the morning fish market, in the evening the neighborhood is dotted with numerous restaurants where, at really cheap prices, you can afford a beautiful dinner enjoying the best fish preparations. For meat dishes, just move a few meters towards the adjacent neighborhood of Castello Ursino where barbecued horse meatballs are the protagonists.
