L'appartamento dispone di WI-FI gratuito un soggiorno con angolo cottura , microonde ,frigo, bollitore d’acqua , macchina di caffè , tostapane, lavastoviglie .Una camera da letto con il letto matrimoniale per chi desidera potrebbe usare il divano letto ,un bagna privato con doccia , bidet , asciugamani , lavatrice è asciugatrice, disponibile parcheggio gratuito per i nostri clienti. L'appartamento internamente NON FUMATORI (giardino per i fumatori)
L’appartamento a una posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla fermata del autobus da/per Venezia, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Stazione Venezia-Mestre, la comodità di avere i vari mezzi di trasporto sotto casa vi aiuterà senz'altro a organizzarvi meglio il vostro soggiorno, gode di una posizione comoda anche per chi arriva in macchina. Vicino al Supermercato MEGA, LIDL, mercato di Martedì - Sabato. Pub Marciano ,Ristorante Da Gigi, Bar, Trattoria -Pizzeria Capri, Ristorante alla Griglia, e tanto altro. Parco San Giuliano , Forte Marghera.
