The Platform is a 140m2 apartment with high ceilings inside a historic building from 1924 that boasts a private and equipped access to the sea. Finely refurbished for the 2025 season the Platform will make your stay unique with the possibility of taking a bath at any time while seeing the mountains of Greece and Albania. In an exclusive and refined environment you can admire the beauty of the places and landscapes comfortably without moving. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms with hot/cold air conditioning and a large living room with a full size sofa bed if necessary. It has two bathrooms (one large and one service) and a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine). All rooms are comfortable with high ceilings and large windows. Guests have the opportunity to use a reserved area 24 hours a day with sun loungers and umbrella placed on a comfortable platform with access to the sea facilitated by a pool-style ladder. It comes with a first set of sheets and linen. The apartment is rented in its entirety. Upon arrival you will also be asked for some identification documents as well as the mandatory payment of the tax for each person and for one night (for a maximum of 5 nights) and the fixed cleaning costs calculated outside the cost of the reservation. In addition, information on events in the area and agreements with recreational facilities will be provided.
