Per gli appassionati delle stelle e delle serate romantiche, potrai godere attraverso un riservato soppalco dello spazio di cui hai bisogno. Avrai la possibilità di accedere all'appartamento in totale indipendenza e riservatezza, potendo parcheggiare la tua auto a un passo da casa in maniera completamente gratuita.

Potrai raggiungere comodamente diversi punti di interesse, in 2 minuti di macchina arriverai al vicinissimo centro di Morbegno, oltre ad avere l'imbarazzo della scelta tra gli splendidi paesaggi che circondano la Valtellina, come: Val Masino, Val Lesina, Valli del Bitto di Gerola e Albaredo. Trovandosi nella parte più bassa della Valtellina solo 10 minuti di macchina ti tratterranno dal visitare il lago di Como, che per i più appassionati di sport sarà piacevolmente raggiungibile attraverso il sentiero Valtellina, una pista ciclabile che percorre l'intera Valle.
