There are steps to access the terrace. Please do NOT close the entrance to terrace I - otherwise you will be locked outside the apartment. NO A/C - there are two fans. The fireplace is NOT usable.

The apartment is located in the heart of the medieval village of Vezzano Ligure, in a strategic position full of services: bars and pharmacies are within 1 km, while about 5 km away there is a small supermarket. The area is also well served by public transport: just 300m from the apartment there is the stop of the suburban bus to La Spezia, while the train station with direct trains to Sarzana / Versilia and, again, to La Spezia (interchange station to reach the wonderful Cinque Terre) is 5km away. - Osteria delle Pietre (restaurant): 1 minute on foot; - Il Bonsai (bar): 2 minutes on foot; - Vanoli Mauro (grocery): 2 minutes on foot.
