La casa è nuova, luminosa, molto comoda e accogliente, posta al secondo piano di una bella palazzina storica. È composta da: due camere da letto, cucina, bagno, zona lavanderia, balcone. Nella zona notte troviamo un'ampia camera matrimoniale, all'occorrenza dotata di culla, balcone; Nella singola trovano spazio due letti che, all'occorrenza, creano un comodo matrimoniale. Il bagno è grazioso e funzionale. Nella zona giorno potete scorgere un'ampia e comoda cucina dalla quale si accede al balcone, munito di zona lavanderia e stenditoio. La cucina inoltre è completa di tutto: stoviglie, forno, microonde, tostapane e bollitore; In cucina è presente anche un comodo divano e un grande TV. Dopo le tue svariate uscite turistiche nella città, potrai rientrare e preparare dei buoni pranzetti e ottime cene da consumare comodamente in perfetto relax. Cosa dirti ancora?!! CASA CRIZIA sarà lieta di ospitarti e farti trascorrere un fantastico soggiorno.

Quartiere tranquillissimo della città,nelle adiacenze della residenza troverai tutto ciò di cui avrai bisogno: svariati bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, pub, supermercati, farmacie ed eleganti negozi. Consigliatissimo, a due minuti da qui, fare una visita al mercato di San Benedetto, pittoresco e rinomato mercato del pesce e non solo, storico della città di Cagliari. Al centro di Cagliari ; Da qui puoi raggiungere nelle tue passeggiate i luoghi di maggior interesse: da via Garibaldi, centro dello shopping, al Bastione San Remy, le sue mura di castello e il centro storico ricco di attrazioni storiche e culturali. Per gli amanti del mare col bus è facile raggiungere il porticciolo di marina piccola,la splendida spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi svariati chioschetti.
