Ground Floor: Historic Charm The entrance opens into a cozy living room featuring an authentic exposed stone barrel vault. It includes a table, a comfortable sofa, and wooden benches. Seasonal Kitchen Logistics: Winter (October-May): Internal Ground Floor Kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, hob, microwave, dishes, utensils, etc.). Summer (June-September): Equipped Summer Kitchen on the Third Floor (fridge, hob, oven, etc.). Fair Weather Option: If the weather is favorable, you can opt for the kitchen adjacent to the Terrace (instead of the Ground Floor one). This request is mandatory and must be indicated in the booking notes. First Floor Family Room: A refined room with a double bed (non-separable) and a single bed, great for couples and/or friends (max 3). Friend Note: For two friends who require separate beds, we can set up the single bed with a small surcharge. Private Bathroom: Equipped with all services and a spacious shower. Amenities: Bed/bath linen is included (based on booked guests). Any extra request incurs a surcharge. Panoramic Terrace and Access The highlight is the large Panoramic Terrace: it offers a unique view over the rooftops of Bosa, the Temo river, and the sea. It’s the perfect spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. ☀️ Access: You will have total and private access to the room, bathroom, and all described spaces. From here, reachable only on foot, there is a breathtaking view of the city and its beauties. The Lungotemo, with the Ponte Vecchio that crosses the Temo, the only navigable river in Sardinia, is one of the most poetic views of the town. Your accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center, under the Malaspina castle, in a position that will allow you to fully experience the authentic atmosphere of the place. Bosa is one of the most fascinating destinations in Sardinia, a concentration of history, nature, culture and art. Walking through its streets, you will be greeted by a palette of colors that range from the blue of the sea and the crystalline waters of the Temo to the pink of the stones that decorate the medieval houses, up to the bright colors - red, yellow and indigo - of the traditional boats of the local fishermen. The Temo river, with its 55 kilometers of route, originates on Mount Calarighe in Villanova Monteleone and becomes navigable for approximately 6 kilometers in the stretch that crosses Bosa, allowing you to discover unique views. Along its course, you will be able to reach the ancient ruins of the Roman bridge and admire the Romanesque cathedral of San Pietro, dated 1062.
