The "Casa RANIERI" structure (of the "Antiche Dimore Pisane" group), is a completely independent apartment located on the ground floor of a very characteristic alley in the Historic Center. Located a few dozen meters from the Teatro Verdi and about 1.3 km from the beautiful Piazza dei Miracoli, it can be reached in less than 10 minutes by taxi or in about 15 minutes on foot from the Central Railway Station. The most prestigious local trattorias act as a corollary, where you can taste typical Tuscan cuisine accompanied by a vast selection of fine Italian wines. Its geographical position allows you to reach in a very short time both the very famous Piazza dei Cavalieri (home of the prestigious "La Normale" University) and the beautiful Piazza Santa Caterina. The apartment is 47 km from Terme di Montecatini, 7 km from Terme di San Giuliano (Pisa), 1.1 km from the Botanical Garden of Pisa, 27 km from the port of Livorno and only 4 km from Pisa International Airport (the closest airport). The accommodation is air conditioned and is divided as follows: a small, very suggestive entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Two double bedrooms and a very comfortable bathroom with shower and courtesy set. In the living room there is a cozy sofa with TV corner.
