Our discreet presence allows us to be always available for advice on visits to the territory and in the most appropriate choice of premises or places to visit, according to the needs of the guest. I dedicate a lot of time to taking care of the vegetable garden and fruits, available free of charge to guests for personal use.

Ancient dwelling whose first stones were erected around the early 1800s, with consequent renovations and new parts, without losing sight of the typical style of the territory. Immersed in the plain of the countryside and just 4 km from the sea, it reflects the ideal place for those seeking tranquility with the possibility of being in malls or the sea in just 5 minutes. A swimming pool and a Jacuzzi will allow you relaxing baths. Each house has its own large garden for exclusive use, completely fenced. You will be fascinated and you will make an unforgettable vacation

Neighbourhood information

The area offers many opportunities: in addition to the very beautiful and characteristic landscape, this is also an area famous for its ORNELLAIA, SASSICAIA and Bolgheri wines, the small village which is 10 minutes away by car. The village of Bolgheri is famous for the avenue of cypresses mentioned in the poem by Giosuè Carducci. Also worth mentioning: the IL CAVALLINO MATTO amusement park for children in Marina di Castagneto Carducci (5 minutes by car), the village of Castagneto Carducci (7 minutes by car), the Gulf of Baratti (35 minutes by car), the tourist center SAN VINCENZO (10 minutes by car)
